Contract Information Extractor organizes contract information from user-supplied text.

Data collected

The app receives contract text actively supplied by the user and may receive an optional request intent. It does not actively retrieve external accounts or contracts and does not require user registration.

How input is used

Input is used to extract explicitly present contract information, organize clauses, organize obligations, return structured results, and reject requests outside the app scope.

How output is generated

Output is generated from user-supplied text using deterministic text processing, fixed fields, and fixed rules. The app does not use external model APIs, legal databases, or external fact lookup.

Retention

The application code does not intentionally persist contract text in an application database. Requests may be processed by hosting and platform infrastructure under their applicable policies.

External sharing

The app code does not send contract text to external business APIs, does not sell contract information, does not use it for advertising, and does not build user profiles.

External API policy

The app uses no external API, no CRM, no legal database, no third-party contract analysis service, and no external model API.

Account and login policy

The app has no accounts, no login, and no OAuth. It does not access a user's Google Drive, Dropbox, CRM, or other external accounts.

User controls

Users decide what text to submit, may remove or omit sensitive content before submitting, may choose not to use the app, and may contact support with privacy questions.

Read-only boundary

The app only processes input text. It does not modify original contracts, write to external systems, send contracts, submit contracts, or publish contracts.
